Jay Z New Song Ft. Blue Ivy:

Jay Z new song "Glory" is a song dedicated to him and Beyonce new baby daughter "Blue Ivy Carter". Jay Z released the song on his website welcoming his bay girl to the world (born on Saturday, Jan. 7). Hov samples the cries of Blue at the end of the track. The lyrics are sweet and straightforward and Jay sounds mostly in awe at the whole thing: "Most amazing feeling I feel, words can't describe the feeling for real./ Baby I paint the sky blue, my greatest creation was you, you. Glory." Produced by Pharrell, it's not a grand, bombastic club-banger, but rather a snippet of introspection from the new dad. Listen to it below and comment.

The Weeknd will be performing live in concert at The Turret Nightclub in Waterloo, Ontario on Thursday, January 19th, 2012. Tickets are $20 for Wilfrid Laurier University students and $35 for guests. Guests must be 19+, but WLU students will be admitted regardless of age.
Tickets go on sale today (January 10) at “The U-Desk” in WLU.
Update: Tickets for The Weeknd’s show in both Waterloo (January 19) and Ottawa (January 20) are sold out, with the Waterloo show tickets selling out in just under two hours.
